That's a GREAT lecture and a GREAT book (read it this past Summer) and posted his last lecture on my site.
It really is an exemplary outlook and a great example of someone trying to change the things he can (he fought this to the end and tried to leave something for his kids), accepting those things he can't change and having the wisdom to know the difference.
